“Jennifer came highly recommended by friends of mine. I had no idea what a blessing she would be to me as I was definitely in uncharted waters as far as the real estate business. First & foremost, Jennifer is a very trustworthy person. While dealing with different buyers who were interested in making offers, Jennifer would always explain everything to me without all the fancy real estate jargon. Once Jennifer knew that I understood my options, she would offer her opinion but the final say was mine. On the Saturday before Easter, Jennifer found out some discouraging news from a prospective buyer but she waited til Monday morning to call & tell me. This meant the world to me as this news would have definitely impacted our Easter plans with our grandchildren. Jennifer is quick to respond to texts, emails & calls. She never left me hanging or wondering why she wasn’t getting back to me. Jennifer owns & operates Augusta Reality along with her daughter, Hannah Shields Wood. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Jennifer is very relatable & easy to talk to. She was never condescending. Her knowledge & experience in the real estate business worked for me. Picking the right realtor is serious business & Jennifer Shields knows this business inside & out. I would definitely hire her again & again.”

“There is no better realtor than Chris Dillow. Having had several real estate transactions bicoastally and in the Midwest, I thought I had seen some pretty good realtors. Then I met Chris Dillow. Always the consummate professional, he was willing to show, and prompt when showing, a property on short notice. Even when the purchasing process seemed to be filled with twists and turns, he made the process brighter providing clarity. He was timely with every single request. He was directly and actively involved in problem solving. He always had the perfect blend of realism and optimism. He always has a kind word and a bright spirit. Chris has integrity. He has a thoughtfulness that is unmatched. He even kept the property I was seeking in good visual condition during the process as a kindness to my family. He doesn’t just go the extra mile……he goes twenty extra miles. I couldn’t be more grateful.”

“Working with our realtor was such a great experience from start to finish. She somehow knew exactly what we were looking for—even before we fully figured it out ourselves—and kept showing us homes that felt like a perfect fit.
She was incredibly dedicated and thorough, always on top of every detail and step along the way. Her communication was clear, quick, and super helpful, which made everything feel easy and way less stressful.
On top of that, she’s just a genuinely kind, friendly, and professional person. We always felt taken care of and supported throughout the whole process. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who really goes above and beyond.”
– Lisa Craft
“This is my third home purchase, and without question, this was the smoothest, most seamless experience I’ve ever had. Bre Grandstaff set a new standard.
She was consistently responsive, proactive in identifying homes that truly matched what I was looking for, and wasn’t afraid to offer thoughtful guidance when I needed it most. In fact, she encouraged me to consider the home I ultimately purchased—one I might have overlooked. That nudge made all the difference, because it turned out to be exactly what we needed.
What sets Bre apart is her ability to combine deep market knowledge with a practical, no-nonsense understanding of a buyer’s needs. She navigates the complexities of the home-buying process with ease, removing friction at every step and making what is typically a stressful experience feel remarkably straightforward.
If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, highly capable, and genuinely invested in getting it right—not just getting it done—Bre is the one to call. I recommend her without hesitation.”

I started my Real Estate career in 1992, in the days before technology appeared in our business. It seems like a long time ago, and just yesterday all at once. The remaining constants have been my love of a challenge, (this business will challenge you daily) and the love of helping people find a space in this world to call home. There are many neighborhoods in our valley where I have sold, or been a part of that sale for the majority of the dwellings within- and it still warms my heart to drive through those neighborhoods and see the life that has been created around these homes, the light that shines from within reminds me still of why I’m in this business.
Within the walls of my own home I am married to BJ Sipe, who shares my love of making home a reality for people, he has built or rehabbed over 230 homes in our Community throughout his Career. Between the two of us we have a lot to offer buyers and sellers in the way of good old hard earned experience. I have lived here in the Valley since I was a baby, a Green Hornet at heart and a proud Resident of Augusta County for my entire life. I have Four Children and cherish them, as well as the Grandchildren that I have been blessed with.
Life in the Valley has been good to me, and continues to be-
I’d love to get you in your next home, and remember, leave the light on for me…

“I can not say enough good things about working with Jeannie as our realtor. She worked so hard for us before, during, and after our sale to make sure everything was right. She was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. But by far, the thing we appreciate the most about Jeannie is that she is HONEST. We knew we could trust what she said, and that made all the difference. I would (and frequently do) recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.”
-Matthew and Niki Jeremiah
“Jeannie Massie is an amazing and very knowledgeable realtor. She showed me and my family several houses for over a year and never got frustration over the time frame. Very responsive to any communication. She was with us from the beginning to the closing. I would recommend her over any realtor.”
-Tommy and Angela Frazier
“Jeannie was a fantastic realtor for us. She was so patient as we looked at house after house for quite a long time. She always had our best interest in mind and was honest with us all along the way. Even our kids grew to enjoy seeing her when we would meet to look at houses. We knew wholeheartedly we could trust her and would absolutely work with her again!”
