The Valley is truly a place to call home....

Jennifer was born and raised in Waynesboro and now resides in Augusta County along with her husband Tommy, owner of Shields Construction Co., Inc. and their two daughters.  A 1982 graduate from James Madison University, she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Jennifer began her real estate career in 1986 and received the local Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year award that year.  In 1989 she became a graduate of the Realtors Institute of Virginia and in 1991, she obtained her Real Estate Broker license.

A member of the National, Virginia and Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Jennifer has served on various committees of the local board.  She is also active with Ladd Elementary PTO, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Augusta Home Builder's Association and currently secretary of the Ivy Ridge Townhome Park Association.

Jennifer's passion for real estate inspired her to create Augusta Realty Group, LTD in June of 2002.
